What do we do with your information?
At the moment you buy something at our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you send us such as name, address and email.
When you visit our online store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails related to our store, new products, and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

MIPLANiAPP
Our store is hosted at WordPress.org, Strato and Hostinger.es.
They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.
Your data is stored through the MIPLANiAPP data storage, databases and the general application of * MIPLANiAPP *. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payments:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then MIPLANiAPP stores your credit card details. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Standard Data Security (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only to the extent necessary to complete the purchase transaction.
After it is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways meet to the standards established by PCI-DSS as indicated by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information from stores and their service providers.
Section 5 –
Third Party Services
Generally, third-party providers outsourced by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read the privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information will be handled.
In particular, take into account that some providers may be located or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than yours or ours.
